1. I'm sure I'm better educated than you, have a higher I.Q. than you, hold a better position than you and make more money than you. I'm also a Republican

( which proves right there that I'm smarter) and I contribute to the next president,

Rudy Giuliani. You and Proud American keep reading the LoonyLeft bloggers and dreaming of the Ice Princess becoming president.

    70701

You're so smart you've invented your own rules of grammar, I take it?

  2. Read the following carefully, I've tried to use small words;  We are at war with

"Global Terrorism".  "Global Terrorism" is not the name of a country, it is a

worldwide net of terrorists that are committed to the defeat of the western

world. That's why there have been terrorist attacks in the U.S., Spain, England,

France, Africa, etc., etc.  After 9/11, we knew we had to "drain the swamp" and

Iraq was a good starting point because of Saddam's record of terrorism.

I applaud Bush for his courage to take the fight to the terrorists, he has kept

us safe for 6 years and  Rudy will continue to keep us on the offensive after he

becomes president.  Semper Fi.  ( And "Guest", you keep hiding under your bed,

the Patriots of the U.S. will protect your candy ass).

    72005

Why Iraq instead of Iran? Saddam had no record of terrorism. The only act of terror Iraq has been definitely linked to (before we invaded) is the attempted assassination of Bush Sr. (The good Bush).

Iran, on the other hand, openly supports terrorist organizations and is obviously trying to build a nuclear weapon. Of course the experts say they're years away-but they said the same thing about North Korea. With our occupation of Iraq we can't do much about Iran unless we institute a draft. That is NOT protection-if Iran goes nuclear a nuclear terror attack WILL happen that will make 9/11 seem like a cakewalk.

  3. I am a Muslim.

How do I get an Imam to give lectures at the school?

Equal time -you know. After all Ramadan just ended and I think everyone should know the importance of this.

    69412

How exactly does that relate? Just because Miller is a Christian doesn't make his lecture a sermon. I'd imagine he stuck to the topic at hand.

  4. Liberal insider;)

    69397

You know, the association of 'Christian' with 'conservative' is a bit off-putting. Not everyone who values keeping God out of government and vice versa is liberal. For that matter, not all Christians are against the idea. But hey, I'm sure nothing bad could possibly happen by Republicans alienating part of their support. It isn't like they lost any ground in the last election.

  5. Does anyone know procedure for changing their voter registration?  I want to disassociate myself from my present party affiliation and re-register as an Independent.

    Thank you.

    69198

If you want to try and steer the party whichever way you want it to go, you might consider staying registered so you can vote in primary elections. As an Independent you cannot. You can be registered with a party affiliation and still vote for the other party.

  6. Paul youare an a+++++e

    69179

Paul, how dare your actions bring renowned, world-famous speakers to teach our children for free! :D

Man, I wish I could have gone. Ken Miller is such a great choice. He doesn't have a dog in the mostly-concluded punctuated equilibrium/phyletic gradualism fight, so he concentrates on the basics of evolution. As a theist, he treats their oppositions with gentility and humor, so he's not as abrasive as some other speakers might have been.

  7. Can I be the only person on KOTW that sees through your imaginary "military

deployment" ?  While you're being thanked for your service, I'm laughing at

the stupidity of these people who buy into your silly game.

    68466

I wasn't being deployed, I was being sent to readiness training and then might have been deployed. Considering that you can't give us the name of your unit while I've given exact times of my deployment and my unit, I hardly think I'm the dishonest one.

  8. Thanks to everyone who responded favorably. I appreciate the sentiments. I'm still pretty busy catching up on everything, but I'll post more later.

The Girl Scout didn't stay too long, did he get homesick?

You know, Patriot2DimSeniorKearnyResident, you have the dubious 'honor' of being the only person on the internet (I post in quite a few forums) to use my leaving as an opportunity to insult me. But since my wife already Pwned you, I don't feel the need.

    Patriotic indeed.

  9. If that were true, The Slimes would be the most successful newspaper in

the U.S.  You don't know me but you would do well to make my money. I'm a

      very successful Republican.

Oh, please. You can't read, you make juvenile remarks constantly, you distort other people's views, and you can't make your point with any eloquence whatsoever. What business could you possibly be a success....

    wait a minute...

    :angry::angry::angry:

    omigod...

2smart4uPatriotSeniorKearnyResident is George W. Bush! Now it all makes sense!

    :angry::P:D

  10. Hello, everyone! Mrs. Autonomous again.

I just got back from Little Rock. I took my honey a box of books and sketchpads. He's doing alright, just incredibly bored.

He doesn't think he'll be stuck there too long. Most review cases consist of someone trying not to be sent when the government actually has the right to send them. They are working with him because they know he is right, they just have to wait for the authorization to release him. After that the review will go on and eventually it will all be over.

Sorry about feeding your troll. I didn't realize that 2smart4uPatriotSenior KearnyResident was the resident annoyance. Which brings me to...

Anyone who didn't know that HMO's are privately owned corporations and not

branches of government  has no credibility to speak on anything more

      complicated than Jello.

He didn't say they were branches of government. Read the post again.

I studied HMOs as an example of government mandated business models (and how they don't work very well). The Health Maintenance Organization Act of 1973 mandated that employers with more than 25 employees had to offer an HMO alternative to insurance.

So the point stands. Now could we take this mini-flamewar elsewhere please?

  11. Hello, this is Mrs. Autonomous. Thany you all so very much for your messages of support. You brought tears to my eyes. You are all good people. Except for one of course.

Autonomous is in Little Rock right now while his case is reviewed. Luckily for us, he is in the computer as both deployable AND discharged, so they aren't sending him on until the matter gets straightened out. Hopefully he'll be home soon.

Conservative Mommy will NOT be posting here again. I'm done with her. Now I know that sounds heartless, but she is not the person I call Mom. I was given up for adoption. I looked my biological mother up after I started settling down with Mr. Autonomous and started thinking about starting my own family. She has been nothing but trouble, and after this I'm giving her a month to get out of the house my husband has let her stay in. She hates my husband and my parents so as far as I'm concerned she is not part of my life.

    Now...Mr. Patriot.

My husband is a very good man. He is the sweetest human being I've ever met. He is kind, generous, and forgiving. He let my mother stay in his old home even after all she said about him. My family and most of the people he knows respect and like him.

Now I don't know what you have against him, and I couldn't care less.

Because you, sir, are a pathetic excuse for a human being.

How sad is it to mock someone who can't respond because he MAY BE DEPLOYING TO FIGHT FOR HIS COUNTRY!?! You call yourself a Patriot?

Furthermore, you aren't even right. In his unit he was the guy who takes care of the guns. I don't know what an e-3 is, but he's a sergeant. His pin has 3 bars on top and one on the bottom. He was a proud member of the National Guard from the age of 18 to the age of 30. He only got out because I begged him to.

Now I'm sure you'll post some bullshit about being a highly decorated marine veteran. But we all know the truth. You are a loser fifteen year old whose life is so pathetic that you have to go online and construct some fantasy world to live in.

Realized that the typical Republican is a pervert, so removed link.

  12. Thanks to typical government incompetence, I was surprised a week ago to have deployment orders delivered to me. For some reason I was listed as Inactive Reserve instead of Discharged. So I took my Discharge paperwork to the appropriate authorities. Unfortunately, the amount of red tape means that I have to report to readiness training until the paperwork catches up.

    So, see ya.

I'm taking my paperwork with me, so hopefully I'll only be gone a few days.

  13. "We need to set good priorities".  Exactly right.  Blame it on the defeatocrats,

their priorities are open borders and free college tuition to anyone who can swim the Rio Grande. Our prisons are full of illegal aliens costing us billions yearly,

California alone spends hundreds of millions annually on education and healthcare for illegal aliens. Of course there's no funding available to provide the  scholarships and technical training needed to compete in our global economy. Blame it on the defeatocrats.

    http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20070907/ap_on_...ani_immigration

How many times do I have to prove that your boy Rudy is more liberal on immigration than most of the Democrats?

  14. I'm losing track. Paul is now posting as "Guest".  So lets add them up, he posts as Paul, Strife, Matthew, Guest, and probably a few others that I'm not onto yet. Could it be the Kool-aid that's causing his MPD ??

How exactly can one person be logged in simultaneously as several different people? Your accusation would make sense if they were unregistered like you and Patraitor. You do realize that you can check when registered users are active, right?

Oops-forgot who I'm talking to. Of course you don't.

  15. All of the latest polls have Hilliary winning the defeatocratic nomination. But

more importantly, the polls also have Giuliani and Thompson beating the Ice

Queen. The DNC is in a panic, Osamabama is in a freefall after the dumb

remarks he made about invading Pakistan. So they're stuck with Mrs. Bubba, and

not happy about the prospect of putting her up against Giuliani or Thompson.

But I have a word of encouragement to all the LoonyLefties,  think 2012.

    Source?

Yeah, I know he's just making it up. ;)

  16. Same challenge as to 2Dim then-find one post in which I promote a Leftist position. The fact that you call anyone who disagrees with you a leftist only proves that it is you that is drinking the Kool-Aid.

I agree, we speak different languages. Ann Coulter (and the rest of us "right wingers") speak clearly and "tell it like it is". Republicans believe in taking responsibility for your own actions, we believe in less government and less tax, we believe in a strong military and self reliance. The LoonyLeft, on the other hand, believes in more government; open borders, free health care and free tuition for illegal aliens. They (you) believes the U.S. should become a socialist state, a nanny state where the government takes care of you from cradle to grave (and takes most of your paycheck to pay for it). The LoonyLeft would love to ban God

and create a godless socialist society. Fortunately, the Defeatocratic Party is losing popularity. The american public is becoming more politically astute and recognizing how outdated and dangerous the LoonyLeft mentality has become.

Can't answer my challenge? Well I'm shocked. ;)

I wish the Democrats backed a godless society. I'd become a democrat.

Ever think of actually checking to see what the candidates want to do about immigration?

    Obama:

    http://www.barackobama.com/issues/immigrat...and_the_border/

Let's see-need more agents, prosecute those who hire illegals, guest worker program, easier citizenship for immigrants willing to fight for the US. Nothing about open borders or free tuition.

I bet Hillary wants those things though! She's EXTRA EVIL!

    http://clinton.senate.gov/issues/immigration/

Maybe not. Ooh look! She backed the Immigrant Children's Health Improvement Act! Except that it is for legal immigrants. Oopsie. Proof: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d108:s.00845: (too bad you can't do that eh, Patriot? Could it be because you just make shit up?) Oh but wait! She backed the DREAM Act to pay for tuition! Ah, but look at the actual summary: http://thomas.loc.gov/cgi-bin/bdquery/z?d1...5:@@@L&summ2=m& Too bad-wrong again, Patriot.

Giuliani: Hard to find his position. Here's some quotes and facts: http://www.ontheissues.org/2008/Rudy_Giuli...Immigration.htm

Hm-your boy is more liberal than Obama on the issue! How about that!

The funniest thing is that the only terrorist known to have illegally come into the country came in from Canada! Where's the push to close that border? Glenn Beck has pointed out that there are towns on the Canadian border that literally rely on the honor system to track entry to the country!

    Less government? I don't think so: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/conte...6100501782.html

  17. I truly wish it was possible to talk to people like so called "Patriot" and Ann Coulter. They are our fellow citizens, and we need their contribution to keep our country on the right course or put it back on course when it's off track. The sad fact is that the radical right, exemplified by people like this, has become everything citizenship should not be. People like Coulter and so-called "Patriot" are not interested in facts, but only in their own extreme ideology, in which everyone to the right of Genghis Khan is a Loony Leftie with a peculiar taste for Kool-Aid. They live politically almost entirely on slogans like this. They don't think, they don't reason, they ignore all the facts that don't fit their ideology (which is most of the facts), and if you don't agree with them, they label you a Communist, a New Ager or whatever name they can think to call you, whether it has any basis in fact or not. They don't care that people who disagree with them are citizens, too, and are entitled to respect. They don't care that people who disagree with them just might have more than a few valid points to make, and a real contribution to make to their communities, their country and the world. They don't care that scientists have spent their lives developing new ideas, and applying them to such an extent that these new and developing sciences are proved to every enlightened mind on Earth. They don't care about anything except their own smugly self-satisfied little fantasy world, and in that world all but those who agree with them on every point are vanquished, beaten down or worse. It is the exact opposite of patriotism. It goes so far that they test the limits of being able even to respect them; about all we have left is to respect their right to have an opinion, because nothing in posts like so-called "Patriot's," not only in starting this topic, but throughout KOTW, merits any deeper kind of respect. It isn't just a matter of holding different opinions; it's the way they attack everybody and the way they completely ignore the facts. It is truly sad, and a blow to our life together as members of one republic, but as long as these people confuse attacking everyone who disagrees with their radical ideology, there's no talking to people like this.

While I agree with the sentiment, there are those who feel that anyone to the left of Michael Moore is a fascist pig as well. The problem isn't with the right, it is the increasing polarization of both camps. Both extremes see the other as absolutely wrong and even evil. The fact is, both sides have valid points.

  18. No irony at all.  Kool-aid drinking loony left wacko atheists are always wrong.

        Thanks for your concern.

Unlike Kool-aid drinking wingnut wacko God-botherers? I think not...

    http://forums.kearnyontheweb.com/index.php...indpost&p=60362

The sad fact is, every time I directly challenge you morons you NEVER answer. You're obviously both 2dumb4me. So go ahead-refuse to acknowledge that you were wrong. Prove how manly you are by refusing to apologize-again. Make some idiotic, asinine comment to show everyone that you can't bother to think about what you say.

    Moron.

  19. Obviously took you awhile to come up with that intelligent commentary.

    Something about Stones . . . . . . glass houses; never mind, I don't have the time.

Dude, look at the time/date stamp-it was made the same day. Something about posts being reviewed before being posted....never mind, I don't have the time.
