I think Peter Should Step down as Chairman of the re-development. Since 1997 nothing has been done. He's shown poor representation of the businesses of this town and its residence. It has only cost us tax payers money and I wonder who has been making this money. Those positions on the board should have terms to help prevent corruption like this.

JR

It's time to see new faces on the re-development board!!!! Step Down Pete

Remember, whenever a town builds upper income housing they must also, by law, build affordable (lower income housing) this is where the children will come from.

The town hasn't mentioned this to you yet have they? They must have forgot.

Keep an eye on that property next to Harrison Baking we will soon see projects there. And don't fall for that senior housing B.S. it will be lower income housing for sure with plenty of cute little children ready for school. Add this to whatever those new units produce and just watch our taxes soar...that is when this Mayor will be moving out. Sometimes they don't have to lie, they can just omit the facts from us, the stupid taxpayers of Harrison.

After our brilliant town leaders destroy our school system with thousands of more kids, forcing new schools to be built and forcing our taxes to skyrocket, And after a house is shoehorned into every undersized lot in town, And after parking your car and driving accross town becomes a nightmare , and after the quality of life in this town has hit rock bottom, with our kids not even having a place to throw a baseball or kick a soccer ball, guess what ?? The rats will abandon ship. Take the money and run !!

Not every town is subject to the Mt.Laurel law...

Harrison already has low income housing so they MIGHT not by affected by it.

The "upper" income will most likely become the "lower" income housing

this isn't a town resolution, this is a STATE LAW. Mt. Laurel Law is a State Law and Harrison will be affected by this because they allowed the developers to build all these condo's and Said that the town will worry about low income housing. MEANING YOU AS A TAX PAYER WILL PAY FOR IT, while we give the developer a tax break!!!!!!!! yIpeeee do DIiiiIIIi doooooooeeeeeeee Only god may help us
