How are they planning on spending it? I say it should be used to in any way to improve on that piece of crap hallway the town presently calls the Police Dept. I know that won't happen because you know its gonna end up in the hands of one of the Royal families. TP and his hag wife will take 1/2 and spread out the extra hundred G's to the rest of the regime. Maybe they could make like a Batalllion Chief title ( Batallion teacher) in the schoolsto some of the Royals that know some basic first aid procedures to justify it. Your guess is as good as mine. I cannot remember one time that he had a good word about anyone but Ben Franlin (the Benjamins). This is not related to Tom, but rather to all people who are in the working field.
