Could it be that Kid Candle forged an alliance with the Mayor to quiet the deranged gun toting Keystone cops? At what cost to the taxpayers? Whatever happened to the state supposedly setting the rules for the cops and fireman? Such an arrangement surely must be of public record. Who got raises and why? What about the fireladies?
