Guest Guest
Mayor Santos got rid of Kearny's hydrogen sulfide meters because he says it costs $10,000 a month to operate them. A ridiculous number per month and a ridiculous move on the Mayor's part. The Commissioners of NJSEA can now do whatever they want because they don't report numbers from their meters on regular basis or have them hooked up to be available live to warn the community. Santos opened up Keegan. He got it closed but is afraid to lose his job at the County so he has folded on the supervision and came away with a week settlement agreement which basically lets NJSEA and DEP off the hook. toxic gas is still coming into Harrison on a regular basis and Santos doesn't give a s**t. Guest CloseKeegan
Mayor Santos is full of it. He got rid of the meters because he has a County Job and they told him to cut it out or he was out. The old we got you by your ***** (if he has any) and you do as we ask or you are out of a job. Guest Guest
Why is Kearny footing the bill for the meters and not the NJSEA or the DEP?!
