Garbage truck purposely dumping waste water all the way down Reynolds ave

Be aware that there is a garbage truck, that for the past 3 weeks, has dumped its waste water down the entirety of Reynolds ave.

 

The waste has a horrible smell and contains bacteria. Obviously this is a health concern. A dog has already gotten sick because of this.

 

This usually occurs early Monday morning.

The garbage truck is contracted through the ****** company. And yes, on Labor day the truck purposely let out it's waste water while a few residents watched..  **** ****** services the Harrison residents on Reynolds. Keep an eye out for any spillage and report it. To the health depts. Be sure to take pics to prove the problem
