What Harrison Residents Will Need to Do: Copy Ironbound

Story in nj.com where a 22 year old black male drives his car through a business because he's DWI.  When the owner tries to take some pictures with his phone, the drunk 22 year old takes the business owners phone and then runs off.  Local residents chased him down and held him until police arrived.  With a police force that is half of what it was years ago, courtesy of State of New Jersey DCA and Mayor Fife and Councilman Doran (police chairman), the residents of Harrison will have to do some chasing and holding until police arrive.
