Guest Guest
It doesn’t matter. The town’s administrators will find a way to spend any money gotten from the redevelopment on patronage, probably in the school system. My taxes have gone up every year since this redevelopment started. I remember when the Hampton hotel was going to reduce our taxes, didn’t happen. The letter from the Democratic organization said the redevelopment was going to stabilize taxes, what’s that. I don’t want to hear stabilize. I want to hear lower. Remember higher taxes means higher rents.
