"They're doing a traffic study." "Who is doing a traffic study? What's it for?" "Ummmm . . ." Come on. He knew. And if he didn't know when they closed the lanes, he sure as hell knew that he wasn't getting a straight answer why. Because there isn't one. This isn't Alabama. New Jersey will turn on this guy in a heartbeat. He's not likely to be in office by summer. In fact, there's a good chance he'll be in jail as someone else finishes his term. There are photographs of the two of them together during the bridge scandal-incident. And another photograph of them together a couple months before that.
