This could all be avoided if the Speaker would bring up a clean resolution but he's afraid he'll lose his job if he does. There are at-least 35 Republicans who will vote to send a clean resolution to the floor for a vote but Boner won't do it because of the Hastert Rule. They can't get it through their Tea Party brains that the ACA is here to stay. So put the blame where it belongs and not on the President.
