The reason the fence was there is because the Lincoln Memorial had been vandalized a few weeks ago and the Park Service didn't want the same thing to happen. The President doesn't have to create any illusions of hardship because this is all because your Republican friends are causing it with their stupidity over the ACA which is the law now. I'm sure you're right. Those 90 year old veterans, many in wheelchairs, were a threat to vandalize the WW2 memorial. zerO would never try something as dispicable as disrespecting these heros.
