McDonough has proposed an ordinance that there will no longer be any crime allowed within the Town of Harrison. Signs will be posted at all entrances to Harrison. if a crime does occur, it will not be recorded, reported, or investigated. That should keep the criminals out. The roving **-**** chief garbageman will issue a summons if he sees any crime fro his living room window while on duty. The Cleveland Avenue indoor parking spot for the ambulance will be sold and the ambulance will be driven by the owner of ********* trucking Company or his ***** wife.
