This happens every night,And the biggest problems are the smell and cats ,dogs and rats ripping open the bags. Is there a way to have a police officer at least ride down the block a few times? Please address this nasty problem. If you don't I will start taking pictures and send them to the Observer newspaper. Can the Health Department do anything? Guest Truth hurts Posted August 27, 2012 Report Share Posted August 27, 2012 Sunday night was the worst, trash and newspapers suspiciously by Farinas bakery up to Church Square. Must be great to be from Peru and have friends on the council. Millan and Huranga should start teaching the imports to leave their third world filthy habits at the airport in Lima. If I'm racist sounding ,than you are in complete denial. This town won't work this way Big Mac, You want a nice condo town, with third world residents? Good luck!!!
