Guest downwithfedres
Two years ago,I charged that the town officials were taking Comcast kickbacks to keep Verizon out of certain areas of town. Today,a Verizon representative confirmed to me that the company contracts with towns to do certain blocks.Bingo! This is no laughing matter.I could pay my car insurance with the savings I would get from Verizon. Who said Frank died in 2000?
Guest Guest
Verizon has been available for years in Harrison. But the block could be still put in place. Especially with all those thousands of condo units being built and wired by Comcast.
Guest Guest
I've been e-mailing the BPU everyday with this story.I plan on doing this until Harrison Bicentennial in 2040,as the town fathers will never allow Verizon on John Street. Guest Guest
The BPU has informed me that Verizon has until 2015 to complete the town's service.Since the town will be insolvent then, will the agreement still be honored?
