It should be defeated 5-4 with Kennedy being the swing vote and voting with the clear thinking justices. The 4 dems on the court will of course bow down to zerO, ignore the constitution and vote to support the federal government's efforts to control every aspect of our daily lives. Actually unemployment is up again, 8.3 and if you include the people that have stopped looking, the number is about 17% . We're about to crash through 16 trillion in debt and zerOcare will only add to that while zerO continues to apologize and bow to every two bit dictator in the world.
