For the county taxes we pay the least he can do is make Kearny proud for the Holidays. Make a statememt and make Kearny Proud for once. Why not show the holiday sprit and make our county roads look like xmas, in bad economic times and when walking or driving to work at least give the public something to feel good about during the holidays.
