This could be a white elephant just like all the condos they tried to sell by the river, then lowered to rentals, still no so called third section built and occupied yet. People buying unknowingly don't know they cannot sell unless all apartments are occupied. Some garages cannot fit average cars.Another boondogle for Harison chaulked up with with the no tax paying Red Bull Stadium. No restaurants in the Red Bull area so patrons could walk around to venues, just a rush job for $, no landscaping, insufficient parking for cars at the stadium, forcing fans to to to the garage and then walking back to the stadium, no room for fans to tailgate, just a damn sorry mess, why didn't they plan a better venue, restaurants so people could stay in town, walk around, shops, more parking at the stadium, what is the problem with that? All you so called "planners" dropped the ball so badly, residents having parking problems on game days, who is the so-called beneficiary on all this? No tax money from Red Bulls for many years, good job Harrison, you had the best lawyers on this case. I hope all the officials enjoys their choice seats!

What sane person would want to live across the street from that gang-grafitti covered, toxic ground, boarded up, broken down, weed covered factory? You'd have to be out of your mind. And for those prices? Good luck.

The Hartz Mountain buildings are going to be torn down and condos or rental apts will be going up.Young people who work in NY City will rent because its cheaper.

The lawyers made a fortune on RED Bull Stadium and the redeveopment area. Ask Greg how much he has made?

Ask comprelli how much he is making on the parking lots? And Amaraland Heller did great after they sued.

The ony ones that got screwed are the Harrison Taxpayers who keep getting their taxes raised whilethe Red Bull doesn't pay any.

Maybe soon there will be stores and restaurants in this area. RIP Pete.

I guess this is reffering to KOTW and its people? makes me wonder what they have to gain for posting this for rent and are they involved with ******* ****** and that gang affiliation.Just as the Developers are using taxpayer property ( the big parking garage) to put up their for rent banner. how does that work? guess you have to speak with the other gang of thieves the County or Hudson County Improvement Authority(the people that run, or keep the money from this garage). Is this the the Pay back to *** *** the gang leader?

the article points out the obvious

There are alternative housing at a more reasonable monthly rental and with more space. The Harrison Station however offers amenities not typically included in other rentals. The Harrison Station has a two story attended lobby, a fitness center, residents' lounge with large-screen televisions and ping pong tables, landscaped courtyard with outdoor pool, a beach volleyball court and a parking garage.

You can rent cheaper and with more room but you won't be as close to the Path. Plus you won't have those beautiful girls and guys hanging out at the outdoor pool. Hoped it's fenced in and they have cleaned the soil of toxins that were on the former industrial property.

The rents on their website are higher than those mentioned in the article so that is a little miss leading. They look good but I'm not sure at their current prices it makes a lot of sense.
