Of course he won't call it "stimulus" because all the last billion dollar "stimulus " did was raise the unemployment rate over 9%. He'll use words like "investing", that always sounds good, the american public like the word "investing". But since zerO's borrowing forty cents out of every dollar he spends, "investing" somehow doesn't seem like the right word. Nov. 2012 can't get here soon enough.
