Crazy woman walked up to the car, opened the door, sat inside, ****** *** car on **** *** **** which were left inside, played with the lights and sirens *** * **** ****, right in front of E. Newarks police HQ, then drove the car all the way into North Arlington, then crashed the car into other cars. Then the woman used the Chief's hand cuffs which were also left in the car, to hand cuff herself to the center console. If that was anyone but the Chief , someone would have lost their job. Hopefully the observer writes an article, because thats too funny (and also sad at the same time) to not be reported. Edited June 2, 2011 by KOTW Content.
