I can see where teachers and police should be able to keep their collective bargaining powers but I also think that all Firemen in NJ should be terminated and then have to fight for their jobs back at a 50% pay reduction and 50% medical contributions. If they don't like it, do something else. 99% of them have no current usefull marketable skills and many people would still take the discounted salaried jobs and be gratefull to have them.
