The Future of Kearny,

I believe that now is the time to focus on the future of Kearny.

What’s up with the redevelopment project on Passaic Ave.? Can we bring in a complex like Clifton Commons?

Can we bring a hotel chain into the area of Harrison Ave and the New Jersey Turnpike? With Redbull Stadium I would think this is a prime spot.

Can we do something with the buildings on Sanford Ave and Harrison Ave? What happened to the Home Depot?

South Kearny? Can we do more than tractor trailer parking?

It seems we have all the potential in the world but only lack the vision to see the potential.

The Rowdy Piper.

We have minor league people running the town. They are frightened by big development. They dont have the balls to do something big like a regional mall or pro stadium in south Kearny. Kearny will always be second class to towns like Jersey City, Hoboken and alike.

Go downtown Jersey City where the rents are $5,000.00 a month and they are selling condos for $8 million. You better take JC out of your train of thought. Life doesn't end at the Kearny border you idiot.
