What’s up with the redevelopment project on Passaic Ave.? Can we bring in a complex like Clifton Commons? Can we bring a hotel chain into the area of Harrison Ave and the New Jersey Turnpike? With Redbull Stadium I would think this is a prime spot. Can we do something with the buildings on Sanford Ave and Harrison Ave? What happened to the Home Depot? South Kearny? Can we do more than tractor trailer parking? It seems we have all the potential in the world but only lack the vision to see the potential. The Rowdy Piper. They dont have the balls to do something big like a regional mall or pro stadium in south Kearny. Kearny will always be second class to towns like Jersey City, Hoboken and alike.
