Leadbeater only votes just like the other 8 members. It was also up and running long before the end of the decade. Democrats contol the council Lie Number 2 Norman Doyle represented all the businesses in South Kearny filing tax appeals. Again John is just 1 of 9 members voting on these issues. Democrats control the council Lie Number 3 Again a Democrat, Tom McFarland, is in charge of this. Democrats control the council Lie Number 4 John voted No on the water deal. Democrats control the council Lie Number 5 Democrats control council from 96 on. How can you blame him for 4 years without a contract when your party was in power?
