Guest guest Posted November 18, 2009 Report Share Posted November 18, 2009 Sure take a drive down Elm Street when it is raining. See how nice the gutters work, especially by the railroad tracks. Then admire all the beautiful works of grafetti that the lovely teenagers leave behind. The same teenagers that the Kearny PD can't chase out because they aren't able to enforce the curfew anymore.(even at 11pm on a weeknight) I am disgraced by the looks of the town I have grown up in.
