Guest Stuart Rabner
Embezzlement is the fraudulent appropriation by a person to his own use of property or money entrusted to that person's care but owned by someone else. For instance, a clerk or cashier can embezzle money from his employer; a public officer can embezzle funds from the treasury. Embezzlement differs from larceny in two ways. First, in embezzlement, an actual conversion must occur; second, the original taking must not be trespassory. That is, the embezzler must have had the right to possess the item, and used that position of trust to convert the property. Embezzlement may range from the very minor, involving a few dollars to immense, involving millions of dollars and very sophisticated schemes. The best thing you can do right now is to get in touch with a criminal defense attorney who has confidently handled dozens of embezzlement cases. (How many of you are there?) Call our attorneys at 1-800-200-0005 to discuss your options. There is no cost and no obligation for this attorney consultation. You may also fill out this short form and send it to us so we can contact you to see how we can help keep your life together. A Definition of Embezzlement: The illegal transfer of money or property that, although possessed legally by the embezzler, is diverted to the embezzler personally by his or her fraudulent action. Bank fraud is also perpetrated from the outside, when investment bankers, entrepreneurs, CPAs, accountants, attorneys or other professionals are perceived to have defrauded a bank and/or its clients from their funds. There are many bank fraud defenses. The Lier and his bandit of theives

Guest No comments?
No comments? Why is it that a Higgins controlls the town Treasury Dept. and The Towns Redevelopment Treasury. I wonder why no one caught the Quaters Missing. AND I wondered why you read some lie and left the TOWN MEETING before you can answer questions. They should be on TV

Guest fraud
Embezzlement: In general, embezzlement occurs when a person who has lawful possession of another's money fraudulently converts that money. In other words, the wrongdoer, often an employee, political figure, trustee, fiduciary, or agent, acquires possession of the property lawfully and then converts the property to his own use. 18:24 +10,000-
