To lable a polce sgt. as acting stupidly without being there, without knowing the details or circumstances and without hearing the transcripts IS ACTING STUPIDLY. How in the world did this community organizing clown get elected? We elected a human being not a robot. We all sometimes say things off the cuff that we regret.
