Yep, you got it! Doran is today's version of yesterday's O.J. Talk about history repeating itself. Here's a thought: Instead of calling him "Dr. Doran," it might be more fitting to refer to him as "O.J. Doran." Or more simply as "OJ Jr." What do you think? He is however a very wealthy man with all the business deals he has with the Developers. Mr. Doran, his partner and Mr. Harrison Realty made alot of money off this eminent domain deal that Peter initiated and are still reAping the benefits of this REDEVELOPMENT.
