Harrison should hold a raffle. This raffle would be open to Town residents only.

All Dual Job Holders and dual job holding families would place into raffle the job they like least. Residents without jobs will draw tickets for these jobs.

There could be a grad prize raffle of one of Mr. Higgins very high pensions. The raffle winner could get pick of either pension.they are both grand prizes.

What a party it would be ! Many happy families would go home that night.

Here's your recession breaker. The Democrats are giving you $13.00 a week. Compare that to the Government pensions of Higgins and others. Wake up Harrison! Think hard before spending this windfall !

They told McCorick that an audit of the redevelopment would be over kill. I wonder why. They would say that. It would seem that caution should be the key to spending millions of our dollars. Bonded dollars at that!
