Guest Observer Reader
In defense of Chief Kearns, you have to really laugh at the editorial written in the Observer this week. The author, Celeste Regal, says she couldnt understand why the chief didn't report the prostitution crimes in Harrison. Miss Regal, do you have a clue how prostitution crimes are reported? They are listed as disorderly persons offenses. There is no index on the UCR for prostitution. Not only were you way wrong in your editorial, you owe the Chief a serious apology. If your going to write an editorial slamming the guy at least get your facts straight. Is that too much to ask of you?
