Susan Collins of Maine, left, called on John McCain to stop automated phone calls linking Barack Obama to a 1960s radical. Like many Republican senators this year, she faces a tough election fight in November. Collins is up against Democrat Rep. Tom Allen, right. Click through the photos to see others in the GOP at risk of losing their seats." This is significant, a Senator of his own party urging McCain to stop the dirty politics. It's not an unproved allegation or cheap hyperbole. This is what Senator Collins is saying. McCain is becoming a disgrace to his own party.
