Guest Answers
Maybe if things get really desperate the lower half of Vets feild property should be turned into five seperate buildings for individuals with veteran status for Town controlled housing, Twenty units in each building would be five units per floor with a construction cost of 1.2 to 1.7 mill per building at a sell price of 350000.00 a unit plus a monthly hoah charge of 250.00 a month and the money woes for the Town would be dcreased in the long run. Another thing that should be at least looked at would be to put a series of 42 and older trailer parks down around Walmart perhaps below third ave too with an entrance and exit off Bergen ave extention. Box out two hundred 40 by 70 peices of property and have modern single wide and double wide fully loaded trailers at a cost of 250.000 for the lot and trailer at a 100.000.00 profit per unit and a yearly hoah charge of 4000.00 dollars, These two suggestions could be tweeked for by code enforcement and the Town Council to see if real if releif in the form of these projects are plausible
