Guest Inquiring Mind Posted June 25, 2006 Report Share Posted June 25, 2006 George W Bush claims to be spreading democracy, why doesn't he spread it to the US? Instead of wasting time in Congress with a proposed amendment against same-sex marriage, something that should be a state's right, why doesn't he propose an amendment to eliminate the electoral college and elect the President in a truly democratic way?, by the people.
