Friends Of Harrison P.A.C.
Executive Director Michael Rodgers Harrison Housing Authority Irene Almeida Laurence M. Bennett Joan Graziano Brunilda Mustilli Stephen McCormick George Rice Thomas Lucas What I would do is: 1). Try to meet one of these people, I know a few & when I see one I’ll ask what’s going on & I’ll respond (on this site). 2). Please Post Upcoming Monthly Meetings for the Gardens on this site (seems like many Garden residents view this site). 3). Pull an OPRA (Open Public Records Act). You do this by going to town hall & the first door to the right is the clerks’ office. You ask the clerk for an OPRA form and fill it out. You can fill it out there, just be clear on what your request is; and expect to pay for your information, but hopefully after a few fundraiser Friends of Harrison P.A.C., might be able to assist. http://www.state.nj.us/opra/
Friends Of Harrison P.A.C.
THE HARRISON GARDENS AND THE K/C HAVE A TENANTS ASSOC.AND WE MEET ON THE THIRD MONDAY OF EVERY MONTH BUT THEN AGAIN ALL THESE TENANTS WITH THE PROBLEMS NEVER SHOW UP AT ANY MEETING.THERE ARE USUALLY 4 TENANTS ANY MEETING IF THAT.THE COMMISSIONER MEET ON THE 2ND WED OF THE MONDAY.NO ONE EVER GOES THERE BUT 2 TENANTS.GET INVOLVED AND GO TO THESE MEETINGS. NOTICES ARE ALWAYS POSTED.PUT THE SAME TENANTS COME. There must be some type of procedures to follow when a resident of the Gardens has a Complaint, right? Is there a form to be filled out if you have a complaint? Possibly printed from on-line; that can be turned in and followed up every week until it's resolved. If it's not resolved within a certain amount of time a copy goes to the Mayor for assistance.

IT IS ONLY FOR THE TENANTS SO STICK TO YOUR ISSUES WITH THE TOWN WE WILL HANDLE OUR OWN. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Your handling of it is a very "poor' job with no results. At least Mr. Fernandez is the only one 'interested' in getting some results; because the lease abiding tenants have been requesting that something be done for a long time already concerning the dirty hallways and drugs and unregistered friends residing off the record in the Gardens, and nothing has been done so far. Take care of the matter, and there'll be no need to ask Mr. Fernandez or anyone else for assistance.

Remember: if you submit your complaint online (through e-mail), it is possible - though unlikely - that others could read it since the internet is not secure. By Phone: Call toll free: 1-800-347-3735 TDD: 202- 708-2451 By Fax: 202- 708-4829 By Mail: Department of Housing & Urban Development Office of Inspector General Hotline Assistant Inspector General for Investigations 451 7th Street, S.W., Room 8270, Washington, DC 20410 Write a letter to Mr. Rodgers with your complaint: if that does not work write to the above. You do not need to sign your name. it they get several complaints of the same nature-it will be dealt with and Mr Rodgers will have to explain why he is not taking care of business. Let me guess you must be visiting someone in the Gardens in building #4,6or 10 or building #3 in the K/C. They are the only dirty hallways I walked into every hallway on Sat.
