It is being forgive and forget already. He will not do a day in jail and keep the money. The Harrison homeowners will just get a few bucks added to their taxes to make up for the stolen money while the thief goes unpunished. The already astronomical taxes won't even be noticed. Way to go Harrison. Long live the patronage, cover-ups, rising crime rates, and the cash cow fire department.
