You see this developer is scared that a new mayor will make this developer, who's gonna make a ton of money, even getting tax breaks; The Developers afraid a new Mayor will make them responsible for the 30±units which have to be low income. The Developer is afraid that any new mayor will make him put a flood wall before building new condos in a flood zone. HELLO ROCO, TOWN INSPECTOR HOW IS THIS HAPPENING?????
