Always been that way. Stop yelling here with your all capital letters and come to a meeting and speak at the microphone or are you one of those sitting in the back that you mention? And no I do not sit in the back I sit in front so that I can listen to all those people that say nothing about nothing just YES to everything that has to be voted on.
