It supposedly is not performing as expectrd even by the Santos administration's standards. This was exposed in the Kearny Journal Today. This has been written here for some days now. The Administrations failings are showing. Their spin cannot coverup the reality of what is relly happen. One poster here claims to have all the real information. The service people are treated better than other towns, The board of Ed. is great etc. Another says Santos is the best ! It is nothing but spin. Which is polite way of saying they are selling Bullsheet. Watching Kearny go down the chute is not nice. Paying high taxes is worse.
