Rose Duger, Journal correspondent HARRISON - The town has announced a $425,000 infrastructure improvement project that promises renovations for local streets, playgrounds and water mains. Work is slated to start on many of the projects this fall. "We have been working diligently the last few years to rebuild our infrastructure throughout the town," Mayor Raymond McDonough said.
