We all know about the Americans with disabilitys act, A very good law. There are limitations to this law. Point, There is a Man employed at the Kearny recreation dept, That should be on disabilty, A vietnam vet, And I may add he has my respect for fighting in that war. The town should give the employee a generious disability pension and make him retire for his own good and the safety of other workers with him. You have bosses down there that can't do the work that they assign to employees because they don't know how. You should be trying to get rid of them. The man is a good worker but also a trouble maker, Accusing Mr D'Arco of saying he was a prisoner of war, When D'Arco denied the claim. Also giving the council flase information about certain members of the Kearny DPW. He has nothing better to do than to hang around the DPW until he is 62. And to cause trouble.
