And what’s up with the Anshutz Entertainment Group? And does anyone have a copy of any agreement with the latter and the town? And if you have a copy, have you read it? And, indeed, if you have a copy, why not upload it as a PDF file? Do you think your ward councilperson has a copy? Or does that belong only to Peter and Raymond's library? Oh those councilpersons are doing a great job, aren't they? At least they're bringing a smile to Peter's lips. And all the lawyes, accountants, and consultants love when Peter smiles.
