Guest guest Posted August 9, 2005 Report Share Posted August 9, 2005 IN ORDER FOR THIS COMMUNITY SERVICE TO WORK.FIRST OF ALL EVERYONE THAT IS SUPPOSE TO DO THIS IS NOT.O THEREFORE HOW CAN IT WORK.EVERYONE IS EXEMPT FROM ONE REASON OR ANOTHER IF THIS COMMUNITY SERVICE IS GOING TO WORK EVERYONE SHOULD BE FORCED TO DO WHO IS SUPPOSE TO DO IT.WHAT A JOKE. A lot of these tennats are refusing to complete their service, which when the tally is taken and they did not fulfill their quota of time in, they are in jeopardy of eviction.
