Guest Lee
The Observer's facade is getting a makeover -- at the same time that Streetscape is installing a new sidewalk on Kearny Ave. between Oakwood and Midland Ave, which happens to include the sidewalk in front of The Observer. Question for Ron Novis: Is The Observer's facade makeover paid for by Kearny taxpayers? And are the other businesses getting similar makeovers?
