I see that "Quater" Bill is back in the big house for violating his condition of parole. Some guys will never learn. This was printed in The Asbury Park Press on March 30, 2011. He was arrested at home on Feb. 11, 2011. Maybe it is time that his pension is to be looked at??????
Looks like he may not have kept them appraised of his whereabouts?

"CEDAR AVENUE: William E. Tanski, 58, was arrested Feb. 10 by Sheriff’s Detectives Robert Johnson and Christopher Watkins on a state Superior Court, Toms River, warrant for failure to comply with the Intensive Supervision Program. Tanksi was processed and lodged in the Ocean County Jail with no option of bail. "

What happens if they can't sell all 7000 condos?
What happens if they become rentals and the figures according to the proffesionals are wrong and we end up with alot more children then expected, what happens???
Not only the condos and the impact on the schools and infrastructure has anyone tried to leave town after 7 am lately it's only going to get worse (I know it's the bridge now). I heard an earlier plan that said that the stadium would in large part be paid by the parking garage it is supposed to be built and if it doesn't make the mark guess who pays, the residence of Harrison how do you like that. Would have been nice if we could have voted on it.

The year is 2010. We have just gone through 4 more years with Mayor McDonough.
6,000 new housing units have been built since the last election and have added almost 5,000 new students to the school system. Trailers are sprouting up everywhere to create classroom space. The parking area under 280 has been converted to a school trailer park. The football field at the new high school also is housing trailers.
The soccer stadium has been unused for two years now, ever since the Red Bulls went belly up and have been unable to sell the stadium. But don't worry, Mayor McDonough is promising a new owner any year now.
Good news !! The taxes are only expected to go up 10% this year.
The "courts" have been sold to a developer who wants to build 6 townhouses on the lot. When a taxpayer asked the mayor about this, he was told "don't worry about it".
Election time is coming up next month. Signs are going up all over town for Mayor McDonough. He's coming up from the shore to campaign next week.
Everyone should vote for Ray, he's doing a great job.
It would really be funny if it wasn't the truth.

Mr. Hinchcliffe, had you run as an independent things would be very different right now. You would have the Republican votes, independent votes and the ones you got from the Democrats and another 5 months to campaign. It would have been a sure thing. Many people are impressed with your run. You probably ran with little finances and limited help. (compared to the mayor)
After this people are going to have an easier time backing you. They have seen your potential and believe in you. You should be applauded for your efforts. Don't forget that there are a lot of people in Harrison that want you involved and see you as a valuable politician. Will you run for a council seat?

Got bless you, glad to hear your story but keep this in mind if he is guilty (if) how many indirectly may not have ever seen their kids graduate, even 1 is too many.
