The November tax bills were delayed because McDonough did not want you to see it before you went to the polls and voted him back into office for another 4 years. The reason it's taking this long is because Danny Choffo, I mean Al Cifelli (the town's tax assesor) hasn't come up with the numbers yet. And what is the town doing about it? Nothing because they don't care that we will have to pay a double tax bill in February. For some people, that's about $10,000.00. McDonough said they were mailed December 27th. It's now January 5th, where are they Ray!? I think mine may have been mailed to my shore house...

Not Mayor McDonough! He loves to see people at Town Meetings and getting involved in town matters. You must be thinking of a different town.

All of you blame the police officers for doing their jobs, and you blame them for not doing their jobs. When will you all find a happy medium?

One will be held on Wednesday, December 13, 2006 to discuss an ordinance. That will start at 7:30pm. And, in regular Town Council fashion, they will hold a meeting about the budget on December 26, 2006 (yes, the day after Christmas!) at 6pm. All will take place in Council Chambers (unless canceled).
