Guest Guest
If town officials were really concerned about redevelopment, why wouldn't they redevelop some existing areas in the community? Take for example, Franklin and Kingsland Avenues. Those six family houses are at least one hundred years old. There are many people of questionable citizenship living there and the place is loaded with kids that we must educate. Replacing that area with two family houses would save the town more in tax money than they will make by redeveloping many of the areas they are presently working on.
