Can't blame them, it's the ingrates that made it a horrible overcrowded mess.... Adults fighting over treats intended for children. How disgusting is that. I think the recreation department do a good job. Keep the kids in a small area with fun and activites. Halloween is a holiday for everyone who can act accordingly. It is great to dress up and have fun. The foreingers that are coming into this town do not understand that. If they learn the language and way of life here they would then understand.
