The program flyer said School Staff, Chief Dowey, the DARE Officers Mcaffrey, Pnie and Sgt. Oniell and the Mayor would be there to congratulate the children that attended the school's DARE program this year, yet the Mayor wasn't there. Some kids were let down...anyone know what happened?
