THE PERPETRATOR CAN EASILY DRIVE, WALK, OR RIDE A BIKE BACK & forth btw both towns, very easily. so an increase or crime in 1 twn, affects the other twn. Harrison has a ton of crime but its not reported so no one knows it. IF you see something report it. Its time to take this town back from all the illegal immigrants and hoodlums that are roaming the streets at all hours. PS. the Police cannot enforce the curfew law anymore so there hands are tied. DID THE SAME THING HAPPEN IN ALL OF THE OTHER TOWNS THAT IMPOSED CURFEWS ON TEENS WHO WERE NOT OUT WITH PARENTS' PERMISSION, OR ON SCHOOL ACTIVITIES OR TRAVELING TO & from a p/t job?
