Tom Powell will do whatever he wants, whenever he wants. He has complete control over the Mayor and Council. Get used to it! If you step out of line in his eyes, your career in Harrison, no matter what profession, is over. you will go no further, maybe even get demoted. HE IS A DEPUTY MAYOR INn HARRISON. WHAT HE SAYS GOES!!!!!!

Look what happened when he tried to interfere with police a couple of years ago at an accident, he got a fat ticket... I guess he can not do what he wants!!!!!

He also paid the ticket, cause the cop in question had a set of balls and (?) refused to give in to the political interference. Plus there were alot of witnesses to the offense. I applaud the cop for doing his job.

We should all learn from this brave guy, who ever he is and step forward. Don't take the political interference.

He paid the ticket with the agreement that he would not get any points on his license. Whats the big victory? The guy and his family bring in over $300,000.00 in salaries from the town each year. Do you think he minded paying a ticket less than $100.00 with no points to his license. The powers that be all had a good laugh. He spends that much on lunch.

First ofall , the ticket issued never had points attached to the violation. Secondly the issued ticket served it's point. The fine was well over $100.00

Sorry for the mistake. But I assure you that the $100.00 ticket really put a dent in his wallet. He makes that in about 1 hour at his job. Thats really hitting him where it hurts. A ticket. Big deal.
