Guest guest Posted February 16, 2007 Report Share Posted February 16, 2007 I SEE IN THE Thurs Feb 15, WEEKLY WEST HUDSON PART OF THE JERSEY JOURNAL, THAT A 22 YR OLD KY GUY NAMED ELMO R. has been charged with several rapes of women & is in jail at the moment. He used to hang around and spend the nights during the past few yrs at one of the apts at the H.G where the drugs and action went on 24 hrs a dsy, protected by the shades being closed all of the time, even in the summer.
