Guest 2smart4u
The State Dept released more Hillary e-mails containing Top Secret data. There's no longer a question whether the FBI will file charges, only how many charges. The real questions are AG Lynch and Obama. Will Obama tell Lynch he doesn't want Hillary indicted or will he encourage Lynch to do her job and bring an indictment if warranted. Either way, the impact of the FBI bringing multiple charges against Hillary will force her to withdraw. The DNC has Joe Gaffe on speed dial. Obama has to consider if he wants the firestorm of angry protests that's sure to come down on him if he interferes with the AG's sworn duties. Declining to indict Hillary after the thousands of hours put in by the FBI to compile and confirm the evidence against her would cause mass resignations in the FBI. I don't think Obama wants that to be his legacy. Regardless, Obama violating the "equal protection" clause would force Hillary to withdraw, the heat would be too much for her.
